ElyQ Spa is a society controlled by QBell Technology group (75%) and by an important Italian bank (25%).
QBell Technology, with its 1.5 billion dollars turnover, is the expression of the 3rd worldwide group in its field. It operates in IT sector, particularly in video division. QBell Technology constantly thinks on the possibility to evaluate and/or create new markets.
From the beginning of 2007, thanks to its technologic background, QBell Technology saw the possibility of entering a new market.
That being so, and thanks to the determination of all QBell Technology management ElyQ industrial project has been developed.
In the first part of year 2006 QBell Technology developed the first projects, registered 3 patents, made some market researches and set up the first product lines, covering a whole business segment of ElyQ project.
Once reached product, numeric clearness and industrial structure aims, it was decided to give birth to a society that could develop autonomously the project itself.
It was born ElyQ Spa.
